Christian Perrin joins Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Council of the North Carolina Bar Association

Perrin Legal is excited to announce that Christian Perrin has joined the Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Council of the North Carolina Bar Association.

The Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Council serves as the leadership of the Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section of the North Carolina State Bar.   The Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section brings together attorneys engaging in estate planning and trust and estate administration, promoting public awareness of estate planning and administration issues and the role of attorneys in these fields.  The Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section also offers members the opportunity to network with other estate planning attorneys and other professionals who are involved in the estate planning process, such as bankers, financial institutions, clerks of court and CPAs. The section has a “Joint Statement of Principles” with banks and financial institutions; works to resolve differences with CPAs who are engaging in “legal” transactions; and publishes the North Carolina Estate Administration Manual and North Carolina Fiduciary Litigation Manual.

Charlotte-based attorney Christian Perrin is a North Carolina Bar Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law.  Based in Charlotte, Christian and his team serve clients throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
